Principal Says No Pledge Of Allegiance, And That’s Just The Beginning!

Pledge Of Allegiance

I am getting literally sick and tired of the liberal agenda tearing down traditions that have made America great. When I was a child, we said the Pledge of Allegiance in the morning during school. It was standard, it was who we were. There’s no way it should have ever been removed from schools. It’s part of our fabric.

I truly believe it molded me into the man I am today. I wanted to serve my country when I graduated from high school. My love of country is second to none and as I read this story, it hurt me to my heart that someone in a school leadership position would be that spiteful, that hateful. This is our country and if you don’t agree with our Pledge of Allegiance to the flag we hold in reverence, then you shouldn’t be here.

From the New York Post:

Santa Claus is banned. The Pledge of Allegiance is no longer recited. “Harvest festival” has replaced Thanksgiving, and “winter celebrations” substitute for Christmas parties.

New principal Eujin Jaela Kim has given PS 169 in Sunset Park, Brooklyn, a politically correct scrub-down, to the dismay of teachers and parents.

“We definitely can’t say Christmas, nothing with Christmas on it, nothing with Santa,” PTA president Mimi Ferrer said administrators told her. “No angels. We can’t even have a star because it can represent a religious system, like the Star of David.”

A memo last month from assistant principal Jose Chaparro suggested a “harvest festival instead of Thanksgiving or a winter celebration instead of a Christmas party.” He urged staff to “be sensitive of the diversity of our families. Not all children celebrate the same holidays.”

Ninety-five percent of the 1,600 kids at PS 169 are Asian or Hispanic.

Kim, 33, did not return a call or email seeking comment. Santa must have put the principal on the naughty list, so this is her way of getting back at him.

This insanity must be stopped. Take your kids out of these schools. Let the school die from a lack of funding because they have no students.
