On Thursday, President Donald J. Trump surprised everyone by appearing at the White House’s Take Our Daughters and Sons to Work Day. He shared important advice with the children: Don’t become reporters!
As The Daily Mail reported:
Don’t be politicians and don’t be reporters – lead a normal life,’ Trump instructed the children, who predominantly belonged to journalists covering him and members of his staff.
Posing a question to the young ones, the president asked, ‘How do we get your parents to like Trump better?’ Trump said with a laugh.
Trump added some additional star power to a day that already included a mock briefing by White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer.
Trump signed autographs and took pictures. While his comments took jabs at their parents, it was Trump showing his charming side which the media rarely shows.
The image was shared on President Trump’s official Instagram account:
And here’s the mock press briefing. Adorable!
