This is a tale of two presidents: two women, two phone calls, and two very different reasons.
Over the weekend, President Trump made a call to a woman named Andria Slough. She’s the commander of the USS Porter, one of the two ships that led the missile strikes into Syria. Slough literally embodies the meaning of girl power!

President Trump called to congratulate and thank her and her crew.

Meanwhile, the most famous phone call President Obama made to a woman was Sandra Fluke, the 30-year-old college student whose demands that others pay for her birth control made her famous. Fluke went on to get more than her 15 minutes of fame, becoming a liberal hero and even speaking at the DNC and running for state senate.
Slough is a true American hero. And like most real heroes, she’s out there quietly doing her job to protect us and the rights of people like Fluke to petition for free stuff from the government.
We’re going from the worst of times, to the best of times. Finally we have a president again who gives Commander Andria Slough and the rest of our troops the thanks and recognition they deserve.
Hooyah!
