To the surprise of no one, the liberal 9th Circuit Court of Appeals upheld a judge’s decision to block President Trump’s Executive Order temporarily banning travel from 7 countries. But that didn’t stop liberals from gloating and acting like it was all over.
In particular, “Crooked” Hillary Clinton decided to weigh in with a simple tweet that left her wide open to merciless ridicule.

3-0 was meant to reference that all 3 judges in the 9th Circuit ruled against Trump, but it struck some as odd that Hillary would bring up winning records.

It also must be pointed out that this thing isn’t over, it will likely now head to the Supreme Court, so liberals are doing a very premature victory dance.
Once again they don’t know the rules of the game. A unanimous 9th Circuit means nothing against a Supreme Court decision, kind of like how the popular vote means nothing against the Electoral College vote… See you at SCOTUS!
