President Donald Trump’s son, Donald Trump Jr., met with a Russian lawyer after he was promised useful opposition research on Hillary Clinton’s crimes.
Anyone working on a campaign would take that sort of meeting. But the lawyer actually had no Clinton information, and they instead discussed adoption law. The meeting lasted 20 minutes, and was a waste of Trump Jr.’s time.
But this one quick meeting has been blown out of proportion by the mainstream media, with some going as far as calling it treason. This meeting is hardly proof of Russia-Trump collusion, no matter how bad the MSM wants it to be.
Now, the Russian lawyer, Natalia Veselnitskaya, is breaking her silence and has announced she would willingly testify to clarify the situation.
Liberals are not going to be happy about this, as she will have nothing scandalous to share with Congress:
The Russian lawyer who met with President Donald Trump’s eldest son during the 2016 election campaign says in an interview aired Wednesday that she’s ready to testify before the U.S. Senate.
Natalia Veselnitskaya said in an interview with Kremlin-funded RT television that she’s “ready to clarify the situation behind the mass hysteria, but only through lawyers or testifying in the Senate.”
Donald Trump Jr. agreed to meet with Veselnitskaya in June 2016 after being told that she could provide incriminating information about Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton. The meeting had been billed as part of a Russian government effort to help the Republican’s White House campaign.
In the lengthy interview with RT, Veselnitskaya was dismissive of the tumult in the U.S. surrounding her meeting with Trump campaign officials, and she denied again links with top Russian government officials close to President Vladimir Putin.
Asked directly whether she was prepared to testify to members of the U.S. Congress, Veselnitskaya said she was ready to do so, “if I’m guaranteed safety. Because today I have to think about my safety first and foremost, about the safety of my family and my four children.”

No matter what she says, it wont’ be enough for the left. They can’t believe that millions of Americans found Hillary Clinton to be an unacceptable presidential candidate, and are blaming everyone for her disastrous loss.

Trump Jr. broke no laws and was working to find research to expose Hillary Clinton. After all, the FBI and Justice Department sat on their hands during the 2016 campaign while Hillary repeatedly broke national security laws.
