Megyn Kelly’s First Gig at NBC Will be Interviewing the Kardashian Family

Earlier this year, Fox News host Megyn Kelly abruptly left her prime time show to take a job with the liberal NBC News.

At the time of her departure, conservatives celebrated the news, as the former Fox News host was extremely hostile towards President Donald Trump, repeatedly confronting him in a personal manner.

Kelly is scheduled to appear on the airwaves in June, and TMZ is reporting that her first gig will be interviewing the Kardashian family, a major step down from interviewing the top political minds in the country while at Fox News.

From TMZ:

Megyn Kelly will debut her new show with a sit-down with the entire Kardashian family … minus 2.

Sources involved in the interview tell TMZ … the reason Megyn was on the set of ‘KUWTK’ Thursday was to tape a very long interview with Kim, Khloe, Kourtney, Kylie, Kendall, and Kris … everyone but Rob and Cailtyn. Ryan Seacrest, the producer and brainchild of the show, was also interviewed.

You don’t see Kim in the pics, but we’re told she was there. Our sources say they were told the interview would consume Kelly’s premiere Sunday night show in June on NBC. The entire family rarely does interviews together … nonetheless it’s unclear whether Kelly walked away with a headline.

While at Fox, Kelly would frequently anger conservatives by touting liberal opposition to President Trump and his allies. Her liberal leanings should fit in nicely at NBC, which has been anything but respectful of conservative viewpoints.

TMZ captured some photos of Ms. Kelly along with several members of the Kardashian family prior to the interview:

As of right now, Kelly is only set to appear on NBC’s broadcast network, but if we see her popping up on the far-left MSNBC, then her liberal leanings will have been solidified. Going from interviewing the President of the United States to the Kardashian’s seems like a major demotion, and perhaps she will start having second thoughts about her sudden career change.

During her confrontation with then-candidate Donald Trump during one of the GOP primary debates, Ms. Kelly clearly was out of her element, and was unable to hold her own against the eventual president.

Perhaps Ms. Kelly is best suited for softball interviews with so-called celebrities!
