It’s no secret that the liberal media has contempt for anyone that does not share their leftist political ideology. Throughout the 2016 presidential election, the liberal media ran hit piece after hit piece trying to take down Donald J. Trump and viciously attacked his supporters.
Since taking office, the press has not changed their tune, and has been overwhelmingly hostile to this administration. At this point, they are an opposition party, not unbiased reporters of facts.
A new poll released by the liberal Huffington Post/YouGov reveals that Trump supporters’ agree – the liberal media is the enemy.
The poll found that 83% of Trump voters believe the liberal media to be hostile towards them, with 60% claiming the media is “enemies to people” like them, an increase from February when 51% of Trump supporter expressed those same sentiments.

Well over half, or 68 percent, of Hillary Clinton voters say media are an “ally” or friendly to people like them.

Over half, or 57 percent, of Americans aged 65 and older, said the media is “unfriendly to people like you” or “enemies to people like you,” as did 35 percent of respondents between 18 and 29.

Only 12 percent of Republicans saw the media as friendly towards them, while 44 percent believed the press was an enemy and 68 percent said the press was opposed to them overall. Meanwhile, 60 percent of Democrats thought media was “friendly to people like you” or “allies to people like you.” Only seven percent thought the press was an enemy.
The media’s constant perpetuation of fake news like Russian conspiracy theories make it absolutely clear to Trump supporters that liberal reporters care more about their political agenda than the facts.
With the endless barrage of negativity and fake stories coming out of the liberal media, Trump supporters need sources of news they can use and trust to get their point of view across. The American public cannot expect the liberal media to give them a fair shake, so they should not even bother to play nice with them.
There is a clear battle between the American people and the press, and the media is doing everything in their power to destroy Trump and his supporters, but they will not win. More than ever, the internet and alternative news sources are giving conservatives and traditionalists a choice – we no longer have to be spoon-fed fake news by the liberals.
