Jeweler Made Fun of Her Engagement Ring, So She Responded About What Really Matters

engagement ring post

Some of us live paycheck-to-paycheck because of the times we live in. We are not all wealthy or willing to take out loans we can’t pay back to buy material things.

So this beautiful bride named Ariel Desiree McRae is magnificently proud of the cubic-zirconia ring her husband bought for their engagement and wedding. She knows when things work themselves out, she will get a diamond someday, but that’s not her goal right now.

It turns out, the store clerk who sold the ring thought cubic-zirconia is “beneath” women, and that men who bought it are trying to get out of purchasing the real deal. Well, this new bride fought back in a Facebook post that’s going viral.

This is a powerful message, and it should be read by everyone!

I am glad she said it, because I have been there before. I have been in that same spot where I couldn’t afford at $10K engagement ring. I had to make due with what I had, and I wasn’t demonized for it by my wife.

Family is much more important. Our bonds are much deeper than money or rocks we pull out of the Earth. What a beautiful story!

What do you think of this beautiful story and the store clerk who chastise the ring? Share your voices below and let me know what you think!
