Illegal DACA Recipients Promise to Stay in US No Matter What Supreme Court Rules

Illegal ‘dreamers’ protested outside the United States Supreme Court and vowed to remain in the country no matter what decision is made by the justices regarding the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program.

The Court heard oral arguments over the Trump administration’s efforts to end the program, implemented unconstitutionally through an executive order by Barack Obama in 2012.

While many pundits observing proceedings felt the Supreme Court appeared on the verge of siding with President Trump on the matter, the DACA beneficiaries protesting outside remained undeterred.

Marielena Hincapié, executive director of the National Immigration Law Center, told the so-called ‘dreamers‘ that this is their home regardless of what the highest court in the land rules.

“You belong here,” she told the crowd. “Home is here.”

Here to Stay?

It seems rather fitting to see the ‘dreamers’ insist that no matter what the law says, they’re simply going to ignore it. That’s been their modus operandi since the day they, or their parents crossed the border illegally into the United States.

“I’m undocumented and unafraid,” said Greisa Martinez Rosas, deputy executive director of United We Dream. “I’m queer and unashamed.”

You’re illegal, and quite frankly, you must be afraid or ashamed to have spent two decades in the country illegally and not gone to your local immigration office and followed the path to legal citizenship.

There is no right to ignore immigration laws for years and then say, “If they don’t rule in my favor I’m going to just keep ignoring the law anyway.”

This seems like as good a time as any to remind voters that liberals who claim illegal immigrants commit crime at a lesser rate than naturalized citizens are lying. They break the law at a rate of 100%, hence the word illegal. And if you don’t think an individual willing to ignore border laws and a subsequent ruling from the Supreme Court isn’t willing to ignore other laws, you’re sadly mistaken.

The Court is poised to make its decision come springtime.

Democrats Side With Illegals

President Trump on Tuesday reminded Americans that many people involved in the DACA program are far from “angels.”

“Many of the people in DACA, no longer very young, are far from ‘angels.’ Some are very tough, hardened criminals,” the President tweeted.

“President Obama said he had no legal right to sign order, but would anyway,” Trump added, reminding the Supreme Court that the program was illegal from the start.

Democrats, of course, support the program, even going so far as to claim DACA recipients are actually better Americans than … Americans.

“We have to find a pathway for Dreamers,” said presidential hopeful Joe Biden. “These kids who come, and they end up doing well. They become American before a lot of Americans become Americans.”

Democrat socialist Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez has similar thoughts.

“The women and children on the border seeking refuge and opportunity in the U.S. with nothing but the shirt on their backs are acting more American than any person who seeks to keep them out ever will be,” she told MSNBC’s Rachel Maddow.

Others, like Bernie Sanders, have had “dreamers” working on their campaign.
