The newly reopened investigation into Hillary Clinton’s illegal email server continue to stain the Democrat’s presidential campaign, however newly released documents from WikiLeaks reveal the fix may already be in.
We have just learned that the man in charge of the Department of Justice’s probe into the newly discovered Huma Abedin emails has close ties to Clinton campaign chairman John Podesta.
Initially, the FBI was the sole agency tasked with examining the Huma emails, but we have just learned from the Associated Press that the DOJ will be involved:
BREAKING: Justice Dept. says it’ll dedicate all needed resources to quickly review emails in Clinton case.

In a letter to Congress, DOJ Assistant Attorney General Peter J. Kadzik outlined the departments new involvement in the investigation. While it may seem like good news that the investigating is widening so much that the DOJ needs to assist the FBI, the name Peter J. Kadzik should raise some serious red flags.
As Zero Hedge notes, the day after Hillary Clinton’s Benghazi testimony John Podesta had dinner with Peter Kadzik. Essentially, a man with close ties to Clinton’s top aide will be in charge of the probe that could end Hillary’s campaign. This stinks:
The hacked emails confirm that Podesta and Kadzik were in frequent contact. In one email from January, Kadzik and Podesta, who were classmates at Georgetown Law School in the 1970s, discussed plans to celebrate Podesta’s birthday. And in another sent last May, Kadzik’s son emailed Podesta asking for a job on the Clinton campaign.
“The political appointees in the Obama administration, especially in the Department of Justice, appear to be very partisan in nature and I don’t think had clean hands when it comes to the investigation of the private email server,” says Matthew Whitaker, the executive director of the Foundation for Accountability and Civic Trust, a government watchdog group.
Furthermore, it has been revealed that Kadzik even represented Podesta during the Monica Lewinsky investigation and in fact “in the waning days of the Bill Clinton administration, Kadzik lobbied Podesta on behalf of Marc Rich, the fugitive who Bill Clinton controversially pardoned on his last day in office.”
In addition, Wikileaks just revealed that Podesta believes Kadzik “kept me out of jail.”

It is clear that Kadzik cannot and will not be a fair and impartial investigator as he is a close friend and confident to John Podesta. The fix is in and the FBI and DOJ have no intention of conducting an honest and transparent investigation.
