Clinton Fundraiser: I Wish She’d Shut Up and Go Away

A fundraiser for Hillary Clinton may have captured exactly how the nation feels about the former Democrat presidential candidate in the most concise and elegant manner possible.

The fundraiser, who also took an active role in the Democratic National Convention, expressed frustration with the fact that Clinton is on a current finger-pointing campaign, blaming anyone and everyone for her loss to Donald Trump.

“The best thing she could do is disappear,” the Democrat advocate told The Hill, before capturing the sentiments of a nation in twelve simple words.

“Honestly, I wish she’d just shut the f— up and go away.”

Ouch!

The fundraiser was echoing a growing sentiment among Democrats that Hillary’s insistence on conducting an autopsy on the 2016 election is only going to hurt current or new candidates.

They want her to go away before she starts bringing others down around her.

If only they had realized her toxicity before they rigged the primary in her favor and forced Bernie Sanders out of the race.

As excerpts of her biography “What Happened.” continue to be leaked, it’s growing increasingly obvious that Clinton has no desire to hold herself accountable for a terrible campaign and her subsequent loss.

Rather, she is slowly, page by page, chapter by chapter, throwing everybody under the bus.

One former Obama aide also expressed frustration about Hillary taking up the spotlight, saying, “None of this is good for the party.”

“It’s the Hillary Show, 100 percent,” the aide added. “A lot of us are scratching our heads and wondering what she’s trying to do. It’s certainly not helpful.”

A recent poll shows that while Trump’s approval ratings aren’t exactly skyrocketing, he remains far above those of Hillary.

Perhaps that’s why even Democrats want her to finally – FINALLY – shut up and go away.
