American High School Teacher Has Students Bash Trump Piñata for Cinco de Mayo

Ay caramba! A Colorado public high school Spanish teacher was placed on leave for having her students hit a Trump piñata to celebrate Cinco de Mayo.

Roosevelt High School students shared pictures and video of the piñata on social media and it quickly became a viral sensation. The school superintendent Dr. Martin Foster was quick to respond, noting the incident would be investigated, saying, “This was an incredibly disrespectful act that does not reflect the values of Roosevelt High School or the school district.” The school received an unspecified threat that canceled classes on Monday.

Can you IMAGINE if this had been done to Obama?! This would be a hate crime! Instead, it’s par for the course now that Trump is president.

In fact, encouraging people to beat a Donald Trump piñata isn’t even new, and seems to have become an elite pastime.

Here are just a few celebrities who had kids hitting at Trump within the last year.

Chelsea Handler

Leftist talk show host Chelsea Handler had Mexican children whack a Trump piñata on her Netflix show last year, according to Newsbusters:

In “Trump Mania & Kegal Exercises,” Netflix’s Chelsea used three Mexican teenage girls – ages 14-16 – in her quest to regularly bash Donald Trump. The attack ended with Chelsea hoisting a piñata made in the likeness of Trump in public so a crowd would gather and help the teens smash it. Talk about overwrought aggression!

As Handler brought Trump into the conversation, the girls said they don’t think most Americans are like Donald Trump and that they don’t like him. Chelsea asked how his “anti-Mexican” language made them feel. If you are interested, it makes them “mad.” All three enjoyed taking whacks at the Trump piñata, as did some in the crowd that gathered.

The unfunny “comedian” has pretty much dedicated her life now to bashing Trump and anyone associated with him, it’s quite pathetic. Or, as Trump would say, sad.

Madonna

Obviously Madonna has been a raving liberal lunatic for years, but she took it to a new level when she talked about blowing up the White House at the Women’s March. I suppose it is no surprise, then, that Madonna’s adopted 11-year-old son’s birthday party last year featured kids bashing a Trump piñata.

Mediate said of Madonna:

This week, she’s taken it one step further, by getting her son David Banda a Donald Trump piñata for his 11th birthday party, because nothing goes together like elementary schoolers and politics. She posted a video of the piñata to her Instagram account.

The kids discuss the best way to go about hitting the Donald. Banda can be heard saying, “No, I’m going to go for his neck and decapitate [him].”

Later in the story, he can be seen victorious, holding a piece of Trump’s head.

I mean, what better lesson to teach your children than to violently attack a version of the president?

The Kennedys

The Kennedy Compound in Hyannis Port, Mass., held a bash for Independence Day that also included literally bashing Trump, The Hill reported:

The Kennedy family’s Fourth of July party this year had a special guest: Donald Trump, in piñata form.

Kathleen “Kick” Kennedy, daughter of Robert F. Kennedy Jr., posted a photo showing the piñata at the party on Instagram, before removing it shortly after, the New York Daily News reported.

“It’s a yuge party!” she captioned the picture.

Oh, those Kennedys, always being classy!

Carl Reiner

Celebrity Carl Reiner is a big liberal and judging by his Twitter feed, he’s been spending his 90s freaking out about Trump. For the election, which I’m sure he expected Hillary to win, he had a Trump piñata prepared to celebrate, according to the Hollywood Reporter:

Carl Reiner knows how to handle a little negativity: The 94-year-old comedy legend tells THR he has a Trump pinata, which he’s saving for Nov. 8, when his grandkids can come over and eat all the candy off the floor.

Something tells me Reiner’s election party ended with salty tears rather than sweet candy.

After seeing all these examples, perhaps this Colorado school teacher thought it was fine to attack and disrespect our new president in this way.

Meanwhile, who can forget this infamous song students were instructed to sing to honor “Barack Hussein Obama.” The difference is striking.
