Get ready for this perfect example that everyday Americans can step in and save the day when it comes to anti-Trump thugs.
A group of protesters attempted to set multiple American flags on fire at an Iowa mall, saying they were protesting the ‘racial injustice’ it represents.
One man, a FedEx worker still in uniform and making his rounds for the day, couldn’t bear to watch the disgusting display of disrespect to our veterans.
He grabbed one flag away from protesters, saving it, then returned to his truck to retrieve a fire extinguisher. He used the extinguisher to put out another flag burning attempt, then had to use it as self-defense when the protesters repeatedly came after him.

The flag burning was not intended to be anti-veteran, members of the group said, but instead meant to protest racial and social injustice and U.S. imperialism, they said.
“When I see the flag, I see racial injustice,” said Paul Osgerby of Iowa City. “I see social injustice from Native American genocide to African-American slavery to failing to recognize women as citizens until the 20th century.”
Still, the actions caused a scene on the pedestrian mall across from the Old Capitol Mall, as onlookers shouted and a man in a FedEx uniform, Matt Uhrin, rushed out with a fire extinguisher to put out the blaze. Uhrin took one of the flags from protesters, scuffling with a number of protesters in the process.
Uhrin declined to comment except to say his actions were not related to his employer.
FedEx should immediately issue a statement saying they stand behind their employee 100%.

The brain dead protesters spouted the usual buzzwords they like to use in justifying arson – fascism, Illuminati, one world order, etc.
But when one of them complained that the FedEx guy was “taking away our freedom,” a bystander who sided with saving the American flag immediately set them straight.
“That’s not freedom, that’s treason,” he explained.
While they won’t likely be charged with treason any time soon, at least the police decided to hit them with something. Two of the protesters were arrested and charged with ‘open burning,’ a misdemeanor.
We’d rather see the protesters face the consequences President Trump laid out – jail time and loss of citizenship – but at least the police didn’t simply let them off the hook.

Funny thing is, one of the flag burners in the video above tried to set one on fire just last week while protesting the Trump inauguration. That time, like this one, a bystander interjected and wrestled the flag away before police stepped in.
So not only is this social justice warrior a vile, uneducated flag burner who believes in the Illuminati … but he kind of sucks at actually setting a flag on fire.
A failure in all aspects of life.
