Julien Rodriguez Kicked Out of His Apartment for Playing N.W.A Music During NYPD Officer Miosotis Familia Funeral

During last week’s funeral for Officer Miosotis Familia, a mother of three who was assassinated in a mobile command center vehicle in the Bronx, a teenager taunted the police by playing “F*** Tha Police” from his apartment window.

Aside from the song’s title and chorus, the infamous anti-police rap anthem by N.W.A. is full of violent rhetoric and cop-killing fantasies, with lyrics like: “When I’m finished, it’s gonna be a bloodbath of cops, dying in L.A,” “I’m a sniper with a hell of a scope taking out a cop or two, they can’t cope with me,” “Taking out a police would make my day,” “A sucker in a uniform waiting to get shot by me, or another n***.”

What kind of a sick person plays that at a police officer’s funeral?!

The teen said it was “satisfying” to play the song on repeat at the thousands of police lined up in the street below to pay their respects to Officer Familia at the church around the corner. I wonder if he’s still satisfied.

Now the kid is learning that there are consequences for acting like a despicable human being. There are reports that the teen and his sister were kicked out of their apartment for his actions by a very angry superintendent.

Super Danny Morales said he ordered a tenant to get rid of Julien Rodriguez, 16, and his older sister, who had been staying in the tenant’s third-floor pad.

“I called him and told him he needs to take care of this right away,” Morales said.

“I told him it’s disrespectful and they can’t be doing this. The police lost a family member. We all need to come together and respect that.”

Morales said he was especially offended because his nephew, Saul Quiles-Morales, is a cop assigned to the nearby 40th Precinct.

“I wouldn’t want to see him lying in a box also. We need to respect the police,” he added.

Sadly, the NYPD is shown little to no respect, from the mayor on down to the teenager on the city block.

Rather than lose all faith in humanity, I will pray that there is still hope for young Julien Rodriguez and that he has learned a very valuable lesson from all of this and will conduct himself with common decency from now on instead of adopting the destructive tactics of Black Lives Matter activists.

Officer Familia’s death and funeral have further exposed fault lines in New York City. Let’s hope now we can move toward a place of healing there and throughout the country.
