On Saturday, President Joe Biden was pictured shopping in a store without wearing a face mask, despite the business requiring masks.
Besides the business, the island of Nantucket recently imposed an indoor mask mandate.
This incident was first reported by Fox News.

Biden Breaks Mask Mandates
The president has been encouraging Americans to wear masks, yet while he was shopping inside Murrays Toggery Shop in Nantucket, Massachusetts, he did not wear a mask.
Biden did have a mask around his neck but did not raise it to cover his mouth or nose, despite the store having a sign outside that read, “Required face covering.”
According to Fox News, “Biden left the store at around 4:45 pm with his mask down and holding a drink that appeared to be a milkshake.”
When the president was asked by reporters after leaving the business what might be done about the new Omicron variant of COVID-19, Biden ignored the question.
According to the New York Post, Nantucket had recently re-imposed their mask mandate due to a recent uptake in Covid-19 cases.

Biden Ignores Local Mask Mandate
The New York Post reported, “The policy set by the clothing and souvenir store on Nantucket’s Main Street is in line with the island’s mask mandate, which the local Board of Health reportedly reimposed earlier this month due to an uptick in COVID-19 found in the sewer system.”
“The maskless store outing came as Biden spent Thanksgiving with his family at the home of a private-equity billionaire David Rubinstein in Nantucket, where he attended a tree-lighting ceremony and his motorcade got a middle finger from a man on a porch,” the Post noted.
The Post added, “The president, who received a booster shot in September, in August called for a three-month nationwide mask mandate, and earlier this year stressed that face-covering will be necessary through 2021.”
Today, Biden addressed the nation and told people to wear masks:
