Anthony Scaramucci Demands Paternity Test For Newborn Son

The divorce between former White House Communications Director Anthony Scaramucci and his estranged wife Deirdre Ball has taken an unexpectedly nasty turn. Reportedly, “The Mooch” wants a paternity test for Ball’s newborn son as Scaramucci believes Ball could have been unfaithful to him while he was away building his ill-fated political career.

“Things are heating up in the divorce. He doesn’t believe that child is his,” a source told Page Six. “He is actually contesting the paternity of the newborn, which is the same as dropping a hand grenade into any divorce action and possible amicable resolution, and Deidre strongly rejects his claim.”

Is The Mooch being for real here?

Understandably, Ball is enraged by Scaramucci’s demand. In response, she’s hired top Manhattan divorce attorneys Bernard Clair and Dan Rottenstreich from the powerful firm Cohen Clair Lans Griefer Thorpe & Rottenstreich LLP. Clair previously represented Bill O’Reilly in his divorce. The paternity test will not take place until when and if the judge presiding over the upcoming case hearing orders it.

It seems downright preposterous that Scaramucci wouldn’t be the father of the infant. When Ball first filed for divorce in July, an associate of Scaramucci’s told Page Six that the divorce was not the result of an affair, adding, “The only one [Scaramucci is] dating right now is the West Wing of the White House.” Indeed, Scaramucci missed the birth of their new son because he was busy attending the Boy Scouts Jamboree in West Virginia with President Donald Trump. He didn’t meet his son until more than four days after he was born.

It sounds like Scaramucci has only demanded the paternity test in am effort to make his wife look bad in the midst of a very high profile, messy divorce. In reality, the case seems to be that Scaramucci was the one who wasn’t a good husband or father. Given his current behavior, it seems the Trump Administration is far better off without him.

What do you think of Scaramucci’s demand? Are you glad Trump fired him? Share your thoughts and comments below!
