Angel Moms Challenge Nancy Pelosi at Her Office, She Shuts Them Out

Donald Trump Jr. shared a video that shows mothers who lost children to illegal immigrants asking for a meeting with Nancy Pelosi at her office, only to be rejected.

The President’s son accused Pelosi of lacking courage in his caption of the video protest, which he posted on Instagram.

“She didn’t have the courage to come out to meet them … I guess letting criminals come across the border is a good thing for her base,” he wrote.

The Angel Moms in attendance began shouting, “Build the wall!”

Walls work, apparently, as Pelosi was in her office according to the group, but did not let them cross the border to come and see her and voice their concerns.

Sabine Durden, who lost her 30-year-old son Dominic when he was struck by an illegal immigrant while riding his motorcycle, didn’t appreciate Pelosi ignoring them.

“It’s a slap, it’s a stab, it’s a kick in the gut, in the groin,” Durden told Breitbart.

Durden was part of a group of people who had lost loved ones to illegal immigrants, who personally met with President Trump in June of 2017, urging the passage of Kate’s Law and the No Sanctuary for Criminals Act.

“I’m a legal immigrant, and I did it the right way,” Durden told the President at the time. “I came here knowing I wanted to be here … And I had one son, Dominic. I brought him with me. That’s all I got. He was my only child.”

Not the First Time She’s Been Confronted

House Speaker Pelosi was confronted some time ago by the mother of a child killed by an illegal immigrant and was significantly shredded.

“If you need to go home tonight and line up your babies as you say, and your grandbabies, which one of them could you look in their eyes today, and tell them that they’re expendable?” one Angel Mom asked at a town-hall meeting.

The woman, Laura Wilkerson, lost her 18-year-old son when he was brutally beaten and murdered by an illegal-immigrant classmate.

She confronted Pelosi over her support of so-called sanctuary cities.

“You’re not only choosing to disavow a law,” Wilkerson asserted, “but you are adding sanctuary to people who come there and disavow the law.”

Pelosi had argued that sanctuary cities make Americans safer because it allows illegals to “go to school” and “get driver’s licenses.”

Durden challenged Pelosi to “meet me face to face, give me five minutes” during a debate over the border wall on Fox News Monday night.

“I’m tired of being insulted and re-victimized by politicians who don’t speak up for us,” she said. “They speak up for illegals, for law-breakers.”

Pelosi: Americans Killed By Illegals Is Not a Crisis

Last week, Pelosi dismissed those who have lost loved ones to illegal immigrants, specifically referencing Officer Ronil Singh who was murdered in her own state, saying their losses don’t necessarily amount to a ‘crisis.’

“What I would say to families like that is what I would say to the president regularly,” Pelosi said. “These are tragic situations. There’s a tragic situation at the border.”

She refused to walk back her statements that they are nothing more than a manufactured crisis by President Trump, however.

Is it any wonder she locked her doors and hid behind walls rather than meeting with these mothers?
